This is a 1965 softcover copy of First Texas Cookbook, 128 pages, very good condition.  It is noted as a reprint of the original; after reading the introduction by Martin Rydell, the original came out (nearly a century before 1965) in the late 1800s when the ladies of the First Presbyterian Church of Houston, TX, collected recipes and published them into the First Texas Cook Book.
