This is a 2000 spiral First Printing softcover copy of Granny Shaffer's "Memories of Aunt Louise" Cookbook:  A collection of old and new recipes from Louise Harper Fitzgerald, 188 pages.  There are a couple of small faint spots on the cover; light wear at the edges of the cover; there is a name and phone number written in ink on the back cover.  Inside, the pages look very good.  I think that the story goes that Aunt Louise's recipes were the basis for the menu of Granny Shaffer's Restaurant in Joplin, Missouri.
