3 Strand Beaded Necklace w/ 925 Sterling Silver Chinese Coin Clasp. I'm not familiar with these beads or stones but from researching the best I can state is they are sponge coral. Clasp is a chinese coin attached to sterling silver and back is is stamped 925. 

Shortest strand measures 17 3/4" around, other two graduate longer. Beads measure approx. 3/8" wide. Coin in photos is a US Quarter for size comparison purposes. 

Good shape. Selling as is for lack of knowledge on beads.
