This is a Technics RS-TR575 auto-reverse double cassette deck.

This device features Dolby HX PRO.

We are performing an overhaul focusing on areas damaged by hydrolysis, a major problem with Technics machines (preventive maintenance).

After maintenance, we have performed a thorough check of all functions, including recording and playback, but cassette decks have many parts.

There will be some deterioration due to age and use.

Please judge the appearance and condition from the photos.


The following maintenance has been performed in preparation for listing this item.

- Mode belt replacement for 2 units

- Open gear replacement for 2 units

- Pinch roller replacement

- Idler disassembly and cleaning

- Clean the head with anhydrous ethanol.

- Magnetic erasure using a head eraser

- Azimuth adjustment

・Playback speed adjustment

- Checking and repairing solder cracks,

- Check the capacitor's capacitance.

- Apply grease to various parts.
