Up for sale is an Olympus Infinity Super Zoom 300 (also known as the AZ-300 Super Zoom / IZM300), a 35mm autofocus zoom camera introduced in 1988. It was one of the first "bridge-style" cameras and won the European Camera of the Year award for its innovative real-image zoom viewfinder, which automatically adjusts its field of view as the 38–105mm f/4.5–6 zoom lens moves through its range. The camera also features Servo AF autofocus, a built-in flash, an electronic self-timer, and quartz date imprinting. This example is in excellent overall condition — the exterior and lens are clean, the film chamber is clean with good foam light seals, and the built-in flash fires correctly. The only item to note is that the motorized zoom in/out buttons feel stiff to press, a common age-related trait on this model — the zoom still functions correctly when the buttons are pressed. The original Olympus lens cap is included.

The zoom in/out buttons require noticeably more pressure to activate than when new; this is a well-documented age-related trait on this model and does not affect the zoom's actual travel or function once pressed. All other functions — autofocus, flash, self-timer, and film transport — have been tested and work correctly. This camera requires 2x CR123A lithium batteries, which are not included.
