Sony LA-EA5 35 mm full-frame Mount Adapter. It lets you fit Sony A-mount lenses onto an E-mount body, and unlike the older adapters it carries a built-in AF drive coupler, so screw-drive A-mount lenses can autofocus on a supported E-mount body instead of being manual-only.

35 mm full-frame compatible, all-metal mount, 88 g and just 66.0 mm in diameter by 31.7 mm long, so it adds very little bulk. Brand new in the original Sony box.
