This is a naval pamphlet as shown in the scan. Size approx. 5 1/2 " x 8 1/2 ". 12 pages cover to cover. Will be shipped First Class Mail. No tracking is available. First Class mail is not tracked by the USPS and eBay does not supply a delivery date in their system for first class mail.  Please consider possible delays, as the USPS has admitted to not processing all the mail it receives on a daily basis. They do set aside some mail to the next day.
