“Splitdorf” was a well-known American electrical and radio manufacturer based in Newark, New Jersey. The company produced early radio receivers, crystal sets, speakers, and headphone equipment during the 1920s radio boom.

  • - Brown Bakelite earcups with embossed “Splitdorf” logo
  • - Cloth-covered headband and wiring
  • - Dual-pin plug connectors typical of 1920s radio gear
  • - High-impedance magnetic drivers (very different from modern headphones)


    • Antique Headphones with some visible wear for Parts or Restoration. Some wear to the Bakelite Earcups. Broken wiring and dirty cloth-covered headband. Comes AS IS - FOR PARTS!
