Turning Your Box Off and On

You can use the standby button to turn your  box in and out of standby. If you've set up HDMI control, you can also hold down the standby button for 3 seconds to put your TV into standby.

UK Postage Only

If you've noticed that your remote is unable to control the volume on your TV, you may need to set up your remote. You may also notice that some other functions on the remote still work.

How to Program the TV Volume to Your Remote

1. Press and hold 7 and 9 until the light on the remote flashes. This will reset the remote.
2. Press and hold 1 and 3 until the light flashes.
3. Select Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Or:

1. Press Home on your remote.
2. Select Settings > Setup > Remote Control.
3. Select the remote you're using.
4. Select Control your TV, then Find it for me, and follow the on-screen instructions.
