• Orders are packaged in plain brown or white packages for security.
• Order cancellation or address change requests must be made prior to shipment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• BAM Liquidation ships all orders by whichever method is selected at checkout.
• Orders will ship within (2) business days. For expedited shipping methods, orders will ship the next business day if the order is processed before 12:00 p.m. CST.
• If the tracking number is non-active please allow (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
• Any delays in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for reimbursement of any shipping fee.
• All orders over $500 will require adult signature.
• Shipping is Domestic US only at this time.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, including those that do not meet our security requirements.

30 Day Return Policy

• Returns may be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery if applicable for your listing.
• Item must be in the same condition as purchased to be eligible for return.
• To start a return please message directly or use the return option within eBay.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
• Refunds are processed within three (3) business days of return.

• Please inspect your order within 5 business days if there is evidence of shipping damage
• Contact us directly and we will provide further information and required evidence for claim
