Cosmetic Condition
The regulator is in like new condition in the original packaging. 
It has some very light marks on it, seemingly from pliers, but is otherwise in nearly flawless condition.

Specifications
Victor SR4J Single Stage Heavy-Duty High Pressure Inert Gas Manifold Regulator offers 200 - 3000 psig of delivery that is perfect for pressure vessel and dead-end testing. Regulator with maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig features a machined brass body with housing cap and has 2 1/2" brass gauges having brass piston with Delrin cap bushing for smooth adjustments. 

Regulator comes with 580 CGA-inlet connection having bronze sintered filter and 1/4" Swagelok outlet connection with 1/4' stainless tube fitting. 6" X 6 1/4" X 6 1/2" Regulator features a cartridge type seat assembly with PCTFE seat and an external adjustable relief valves.
