About Us
The Prince of Wales Hospice has been providing care to people with a life-limiting illness since 1989. Our services are available to any adult from the Five Towns area of the Wakefield District.
We care for patients with any life-limiting illness, including cancer, motor neurone disease and chronic heart and lung disease. Our care also extends to the carers and families of our patients by providing therapy services and bereavement support.

Our working hours are 8:45am - 4:45pm Monday To Friday, we aim to answer any eBay messages within 24 hours.
Payment
Please complete payment of your order as soon as possible. If we do not receive payment within 5 days, we will cancel your order and relist the item, unless you have contacted us and we have agreed to extend the deadline.
Postage
Items will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment received. We are only able to dispatch items to the address provided on your eBay account, therefore please make sure this address is correct. Items bought late Fridays Saturdays & Sundays will be posted Monday/Tuesday.
We do international shipping provided by the Global Shipping Programme. If you do not see this option on a listing, it means it is not eligible and that we can't do international shipping on that item.
Combined Shipping
For items on auction which you have won, we can provide a combined postage invoice, this can only be sent before payment is made. For items on a buy it now, if you contact us after purchase, we will refund the additional postage costs.
Collection
All items are available to collect, item must be added to your cart to access the collection button, if you click buy it now on the items listing, it will not give you the collection option.
If you are collecting an item, please contact us after making payment in order to confirm arrangements. We do not work weekends, however items can be collected on weekends, if contacted.
Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days in accordance with eBay returns rules.
All return item requests should be raised through the eBay returns centre and sent back to 34 Albion Street, Castleford, West Yorkshire, WF10 1EN.
