Antique X-Large Ottoman Copper Jug
- For your consideration is a magnificent antique jug or ewer
- Made by hand from hammered copper with attached handle
- The shape and the appearance are reminiscent to Ottoman Turkey or Middle East craftsmen
- Etched decoration with unusual subjects, an angelical face at the top center, some shrine buildings to the sides, altogether embellished with geometric and floral patterns
- Slightly convex bottom
- Circa 1800's
- Measurements: Approximately 20.5" high x 12" diameter at the base
- It weighs 9 lbs. 8 oz.
