Lovely, early 20th. Century cobalt blue and gold paint round bowl with handles and center image.

The center image seems to be a print on, featuring a Roman scene, with gold beading all around the picture.
The gold painted handles are featuring human heads/faces.
The bowl is off porcelain and approximately 8.25 inches (21 cm) from handle to handle.
It is approximately 4 inches (10 cm) in height and 7 inches (18 cm) in diameter.
The bowl weights approximately 1.8lb ( 826g ).
The bowl is marked with the Ernst Wahllis mark E/W TURN VIENNA - Made in Austria,
as well as some green numbers:

The number 5733 I is also engraved on the bottom of the bowl.
The bowl is pre-owned, but in for its age very good condition. There are no chips and no cracks,
however some gold paint loss on the handles and edges of the bowl.
