Shipping & Transaction Policies
1. International Shipping & Delivery Standards
Standard Shipping: For shipments to the US, we use SPEEDPAK. The flat rate is $9.99 USD, which includes full tracking and an estimated delivery time of 8-12 business days.
Expedited Shipping: For expedited international shipping from China, we use DHL or FedEx.
High-Value Package Requirements:Orders over $300 USD: We highly recommend upgrading to expedited shipping to ensure safe and fast delivery.
Orders over $800 USD: Expedited shipping is mandatory. Additionally, an adult must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.
2. Package Security & Tamper-Evident Seals
Every package is sealed with tamper-evident tape. If you notice that the tape is damaged or displays a “VOID” pattern upon delivery, it indicates the package may have been opened in transit. Please handle it with caution.
3. Auction & Sales Terms
Item Description: All items are sold strictly as described in the auction title and shown in the photos.
Discrepancies: If you notice a mismatch between the title and the photos, please notify the seller before the auction ends to cancel the bid.
Resolution: If a discrepancy is discovered after the auction ends, the seller reserves the right to either fulfill the sale based on the title description or cancel the order entirely.
4. Shipping & Combined Order Policy
Combined Shipping Surcharges:Sealed cases or graded cards: $1.00 USD per additional card.
All other cards: $0.30 USD per additional card.
Example: If a Lot contains 10 regular cards, the total shipping = Base rate $9.99 + (9 additional cards × $0.30) = $12.69 USD.
Custom Combined Orders: If you have special requests for combining items, please email us in advance. We will hold the items for you, but orders from the past 3 days must be paid for upfront. If the actual shipping cost is lower than the prepaid amount, please email us after receiving your package to request a refund for the difference.
