Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt, the nation's First Lady, models the gown created for her by Arnold Constable for the inaugural reception January 20, at the Fifth Avenue store in New York, January 17. The dress is Mayflower mauve crepe, cut on slim lines with lace and sequin trim on the sleeves and front drapery. Photo measures 8.25 x 10.5 inches. Photo Is dated 1945.
