Big & Tall sizing is similar to regular sizing, such as XLT is the same as a mens XL size, but a bit longer.  2X size is similar to a 2XL size, but a bit wider.

These are also in corresponding regular #'d sizes, such as 2XLT is a size 52, size 3XLT is a 56.

Another example; a 5X is a size 64.
