Precautions
1. Keep fingers away from the clip clamping area and moving parts during operation to avoid pinch injuries.
2. Children are not allowed to operate the machine alone.
3. Do not place the machine near open flames or high-temperature equipment, as this may affect the performance of plastic components and clip consumables.

Operating Instructionsions
- 1. Load the clips into the circular disc, with the opening of the clip film facing upward.
- 2. Hold the retaining ring with your hand and gently snap the clip into place from the edge.
- 3. Position the clip film so that it is aligned with the center of the opening.
- 4. Gather the bag opening tightly, twist it slightly by half a turn, and insert it into the clip film.
- 5. Pull it backward, then slide the film downward along the outlet to remove it.
