This is a stunning Tiffany 1837 range circular baby rattle. It has a diameter of 2.3 inches and has a lovely sound to it. The design is so the child can use as a teeth band as well. I think it looks fantastic and I know that people have placed these on chains and worn as a statement pendant.

It is fully hallmarked and also has an English hallmark and this was sold via the Tiffany & Co. Stores in Westfield London as the original Gift receipt is with the Rattle to confirm authenticity. This was originally purchased in 2009 which correlates with the London silver date letter K for 2009. it is of course fully coded as you would expect from Tiffany & co.’s baby rattles.

This has never been used but has a couple of scratches from polishing/storage and the most notable is a very tiny ding above the &. While there is a few marks and dings, they do not detract from what is a fantastic item and as the photos show it looks sensational. Tiffany no longer make baby rattles in the UK so unsure what retail price these would be placed at now, but I’d hazard these would be a few hundred pounds at the least.
