Beautiful lacey type puffball look front with a fleece lining.  Thick Satin Trim.  Has a small run in satin and a very small stain, but I did not wash as I dont believe its been laundered previously.   From 1960s-70s.  Beautiful heavy, but not too heavy blanket.  Please see pictures and message me with any questions,  such a hard blanket to describe but so so pretty.
