In fair condition, just one slight crack from a stone impact, as pictured, and the usual wear and tear including light scratches. No retaining clips, but they stay held on by the bonnet and shape of the headlight unit anyway. The rubber pads are to stop scratches from dirt between the covers and headlight lens.  Please check all the pictures for condition and if you've any questions please ask.
