c.1940s Wooden Men’s Fedora Hat Block / Millinery Crown Mold — Size 6 3/4

Antique / vintage wooden men’s fedora hat block, size 6 3/4, with classic center-crease fedora crown shape. Hand-marked on the rim and plug, with dark aged patina, shop wear, scratches, and age checking. A very decorative and authentic-looking hatter’s / millinery form, likely c.1940s to mid-century.

Old wooden men’s hat block with a classic fedora crown shape, center crease form, and side shaping. This is the type of block used by a hatter or milliner to form a men’s felt hat crown.

Nice original surface with dark aged patina, honest shop wear, and hand-scratched markings. The rim is marked 6 3/4 and appears also marked 1581. The removable center plug is marked B.

This has a strong sculptural look and displays very well as an antique hatter’s tool, millinery collectible, or menswear/decorator object.
