This is a Mitutoyo No. 111-166 spline micrometer, 0-1” range, .0001 Grad, carbide tips, ratchet stop, lock, and hard case.  I am calling it used just because it was previously owned, however, it appears to have never been used, it is in MINT condition.  This is a great addition to your metalworking tool box.
