This highly detailed, black-and-white promotional handbill/courier features "The Carlisles," a legendary cowboy/cowgirl act showcasing lassoing, rope spinning, and bullwhip stunts. This flyer was handed out directly at the venue to promote their 22-week engagement at the world-famous New York Hippodrome during the landmark spectacular "Under Many Flags." The graphics are remarkably crisp and tell a vivid story, detailing various dangerous tricks like cutting items out of a partner's mouth or hands using a bullwhip, and spinning complex perpendicular rope loops.  This item is NOT a postcard.
