This is a vintage yellow gold vertical bar pendant channel-set with square-cut dark red gemstones, most likely garnets or rubies.

• Gemstones: Features square princess-cut or carré-cut gemstones aligned vertically down the channel.

Care Instructions

• Cleaning: Soaking the piece briefly in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap is usually safest. Gently brush behind the open settings with a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove built-up oils.

• Storage: Keep this piece wrapped separately in a soft cloth pouch. Because garnets are softer than sapphires and diamonds, storing them loosely alongside harder stones can easily scratch the faceted faces.

• Chemicals: Avoid exposing the pendant to harsh household cleaners, chlorine pools, or heavy perfumes, which can gradually dull the polished surface of both the metal and the stones.
