Item description from the seller

Product Name: Automobile headlight computer board ballast - Some models are plug-and-play, while others require programming before use.

Note:
1Please check the description or use the year/make/model check finder and replace part numbers to confirm the compatibility before purchasing.
2.Professional installation is recommended.
3:If you are unsure, you can consult us before placing an order to understand the situation.
4:If you encounter any installation problems or if the headlights still don't work after installation, you can contact customer service for after-sales support
(please provide videos and pictures of the problem encountered during product installation when contacting customer service for after-sales support).

Note:
The flickering, dimming, or complete failure of the headlight computer board ballast is mainly caused by long-term high-temperature operation, voltage fluctuations, and electronic component aging.
There is a 60% chance that the ballast will be damaged due to driver module failure, and a 40% chance of circuit burnout due to power surges.
For minor flickering issues, you can first check the wiring connections and power supply;
for severe non-operation, persistent faults, or burnt components, please replace one set (headlight computer board ballast).
This is the best solution to restore stable headlight operation.

How to replace:
1: Turn off the vehicle power and let the vehicle go into hibernation for 20 minutes before starting the installation. This can prevent short circuits caused by residual voltage and avoid damaging the vehicle's electrical system and the new ballast.
2: Locate the original headlight computer board ballast in the vehicle (usually mounted in the headlight assembly or engine compartment, refer to the vehicle's maintenance manual for specific location).
3: Disconnect the main wiring harness and any auxiliary connectors from the original ballast, taking care to release the locking tabs on the connectors to avoid damage.
4: Remove the mounting screws or clips to take out the original ballast from its position.
5: Align the new ballast with the original mounting position, secure it with screws or clips, and reconnect all wiring harnesses, ensuring each connector is fully seated and locked.
6: For plug-and-play models: Test the headlight function directly after installation to confirm normal operation, including DRL, low beam, high beam, and adaptive lighting features.
7: For models requiring programming: Use professional diagnostic equipment to program the new ballast to match the vehicle's system, then test the headlight function to ensure stable performance.

NOTE:
This product does not require thermal conductive silicone for installation.
It is directly mounted and connected.
Before installation, turn off the vehicle power and let it hibernate for 20 minutes.
Some models are plug-and-play, while others need professional programming to match the vehicle's system before normal use.
Ensure the wiring connections are correct and the programming is completed by a qualified technician to avoid damage to the product or vehicle.
