Refunds of Pre-Paid Postage label (UK)

To avoid overpayment in the first instance, a UK buyer should place all items that they wish to purchase into their basket and request a combined shipping invoice by clicking the relevant button in the basket. Only on receipt of the invoice should payment be made.

A seller is not able to directly cancel a buyer's pre-purchased postage label. However, if the label is unused, it will void within 14 calendar days and a refund will be issued to the buyer for the cost of the label.
