Regardless of the attribute, when the entire set is assembled, it is intended solely for use with the PVS-14 and cannot be used with binocular night vision models.
Helmet NVG Mount
Features:
Tilt Adjustment Knob
– The tilt adjustment knob on the nvg mount typically within a 10–15° range—to align with their line of sight. This adjustment ensures optimal viewing comfort and clarity during operation.
Vertical Adjustment Button
– The Vertical Adjustment button on the helmet mount allows the user to raise or lower the position of the night vision device to achieve optimal eye alignment. This ensures a comfortable and clear view through the eyepiece, reducing strain during extended use.
Lock / Breakaway Bar
– The Lock / Breakaway Bar on the night-Vision mount allows the user to attach the mount to the helmet by pushing it to the right. The
middle position on the bar enables the Breakaway function on the mount. Allowing the mount to disengage from the shroud on the helmet if enough force is applied.
Foldable Button
– The Flip-out Button allows users to move the mount arm either down into the active position or up into the stow position. (a button must be depressed before applying force to articulate the arm.)
Horizontal Adjustment Button
– The Horizonal Adjustment Button on the mount allows the user to move the device forward or backward to achieve proper eye relief. This ensures the eyepiece is at a comfortable and effective viewing distance from the user's eye.

Pvs-14 J Arm
Description:
This night vision J-arm for both the MILSPEC AN/PVS-14 and other monoculars that accept a MILSPEC j-arm such as the AB Night Vision RVM-14 and Nocturn Industries UANVM “TANTO” monocular. It includes a rotating knuckle which provides a tight stow against the helmet and also allows the monocular to be temporarily swung away from the eye.
An intuitive, friction-based mechanism allows users to swing their monocular in front of either the left or right eye and perfectly adjust for interpupillary distance, while a slight rearward sweep of the inner arm helps position the monocular eyepiece closer to one's eye and provides greater compatibility for those with larger helmets. A tether point is also featured on the rear to keep the entire system secure. Attach a monocular, snap the complete assembly into a dovetail-style helmet mount like the G24, and enjoy.
Considerations to account for when using this product:
This arm is NOT COMPATIBLE with USGI bayonet helmet mounts such as the legacy Norotos Rhino or L4 G11. You MUST HAVE a dovetail helmet mount such as the L4G24.
The USGI auto-shutoff system is not integrated. Users must manually turn off the monocular when articulating or flipping up and stowing equipment on top of the helmet.
