I had to look this up and right off knew there must not be too many because it was hard to find one like it. I think they did this similar in silver maybe. I found one that looked like this (much better shape but much more expensive) and it was titles as Gold Flocked and with a number of C339 though I didn't see that in any of the photos from that listing.

This one is in very RUFF shape and will need to be matted and framed to be practically used.

AS GENTLY as I could I unfolded this to take photos. If you have any questions that I can answer without unfolding this again I'll do my best. But this does not need to be unfolded again until it's time to mat and frame.

Rare Cool Piece for someone. As a gift? Maybe get it and do the fixin up and then give as a gift.
