There are brooches… and then there are brooches that feel quietly composed and beautifully balanced.
This elegant wreath design alternates soft, luminous pearls with finely worked silver floral clusters, creating a classic circular form that sits gracefully on lapel, knitwear or silk.
Delicate at first glance — but detailed on closer inspection.
A traditional wreath formation, approximately 30mm across, formed from:
• Six round pearls (untested)
• Six silver granulated floral clusters
• Fine beaded edging around each pearl setting
• Traditional straight pin with rollover clasp
The alternating pattern gives rhythm and symmetry, while the silver detailing provides texture against the softness of the pearls.
It has a lovely early–mid 20th century feel — refined, feminine, and timeless rather than showy.
Unhallmarked but tests as silver.
The reverse shows age-consistent patination and hand-finished construction.
Granulated cluster tops are formed from small silver bead elements — not marcasite, but solid silver detailing.
