This is a pre owned lightly used Lee Loader. The box cover does not appear to be original, really do not know. There is one small piece missing. I believe the missing piece is the decap mandrel. See vacant slot in package where the missing item would have been. Loader is marked: II LEE LOADER PAT.II. The powder measure is plastic and is marked: 141 WARNING USE THIS MEASURE ONLY WITH LEE CHARGE TABLE. There is a little minor surface rust on bottom of loader handle. Bottom of handle is marked: 300wm. Nice vintage useful tool.
