Nice US Military Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) collar brass. It has a hallmark of V-21, which is Vanguard. Most of the Vanguard pins of this type are 22 K gold, but no hallmark on the back to support this. It is double clutch-back, 1.75” across and may be very lightly used.
