Process Includes:

• Thoroughly cleaned and inspected
• Magnafluxed to insure no cracks in casting
• Guide work performed/replaced with new guides or liners as needed
• Cut valve seats
• All valves are reground or replaced with new valves 
• Head is assembled with all new valve seals
• Each Valve is vacuum tested to insure a perfect seal between the valve and seat
• Milled to ensure straightness and correct finish

All machine work performed on the latest state of the art equipment

 All parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before assembly
