Digital Mass Flow Controller MQV series - standard gas, medium flow rate models, flow rate range: 4 - 500 L/min (standard), with an integrated display (body length 150 mm), body material: 316 stainless steel, connection: Rc 1/2", gas type: air/nitrogen, without additional options.
