Buyers must reach out to start the return process within 15 days of receiving the item.
Items may be returned if you feel the condition of the item was not accurately described, or, if the item was damaged during shipment. ** Partial refunds will not be issued. If you are unhappy with the item, before leaving a negative review, please reach out to begin the return process.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
If the item was damaged in shipping, Chickadee Banditry will pay to have the item returned and you will receive a full refund.
If returning for any other reason, Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and must insure the item for its full value.
If the item is lost/damaged during the return process, Buyer must file a claim to be reimbursed by their chosen shipping service.
Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, Buyer will be refunded for the full cost of the item.
