B graded means the item will have signs of moderate use, this may include scratches to a pushchair chassis, worn wheels, scratches/blemishes to the base/plastic parts of a car seat/car seat base but will have been checked, tested and sanitised and cleaned by our specialist Maxi Cosi/Quinny Engineers.***

Postage:

Postage is to UK Mainland only and please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to any surrounding areas (including Northern ireland). Delivery of your goods will be via courier and will need a signature on arrival. If nobody is in, the courier will leave a contact card so you can arrange delivery for another day. Also not that multiple orders may not arrive at the same time, as Used/Graded items come from a different warehouse. Please note our couriers cannot deliver to a BFPO address and an alternative will be needed.

Payment:

We accept Paypal only and expect payment within 3 days. If you are having problems with payment, please let us know so we can hold the item for you. Goods unpaid for will be re-listed in 14 days. We are unable to accept Cheques, PO's or Credit cards and eCheques will be held until cleared.

Warranty:

Babyvalue offers 90 days from time of delivery and during this period we'll do our utmost to rectify any faults and issues you may have with the product. If the product is new when sold, the manufacturers warranty will still be valid thereafter. Our 90 day warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns:

Babyvalue offer a no quibble returns policy of 14 days upon receipt and if the item is returned in it's original condition, we'll issue a full refund. If the item is wrongly described or damaged goods, we'll refund any P&P costs you may incur when returning the item.
