Vintage Stratford Besson Snare Drum in a Pale Blue Wrap 

8 Lug Snare drum with Die Cast hoops 

Slotted T rods so would need a Slotted key which I do not have.

Remo Coated Ambassador head on the Batter. 

Snare Thro off works fine . 

Seam at the join has separation- see pics
