| Description: | This 100 Ruble bank note (Pyatakov note) was issued in Russian Soviet Federal Socialist Republic (R.S.F.S.R.) in 1918. Pick #92. Obverse: Red-brown print on light orange underprint. Ornamental borders with serials on top left and bottom right corners. Inscriptions: "Государственный кредитный билет" (Government credit note), "СТО РУБЛЕЙ" (Hundred rubles) and "Кредитные билеты размѣниваются Государственнымъ Банкомъ на золотую монету безъ ограниченiя суммы и обезпечиваются всѣм достоянiемъ Государства." (Credit notes are exchanged by the state bank for gold coin without limitation of sum and are backed by government property). Signatures: Georgiy Pyatakov (manager) and Sergey Galtsov (cashier). Reverse: Red-brown print on light red underprint. Coat-of-arms of Russian Empire without imperial crown and "100" for denomination three times at left and 3 times at right. Inscription under the coat-of-arms "ПОДДѢЛКА КРЕДИТНЫХЪ БИЛЕТОВЪ ПРЕСЛѢДУЕТСЯ ПО ЗАКОНУ." (Forgery of credit notes is punishable by law.) Serial: AA-172. Measurements: 145 x 95 mms (1"=25.4 mms).
