Vintage 40s era brown wool hat with brilliant green feather trim on the side.  The feathers are anchored with a brown wool tie.

The hat is molded with a brown grosgrain ribbon trim around the opening.  A small label reading, "New York Creations, S" is attached to the ribbon.

The opening measures 19 3/4 inches.  Height is approximately 4 inches.  Condition is GOOD.
