COFFEE TABLE TOP, DECORATIONS ETC. CARVING AND WOODWORKING
TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF THE SIZE OF THE COOKIE THE APPROX LENGTH IS 32 CM NOT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE BARK AND THE APPROX WIDTH IS 25 CM AND THICKNESS IS 6 CM AT ITS THINNESS . THIS IS A LIVING PIECE OF OAK BECAUSE IT HAS NOT DRIED FULLY.

My dog Oscar and I found the oak wood in a nearby lane in July / August 2025 - please see photo. I gave a lot of it to my friend for his log burner, but I am so glad I thought of ebay as it will come to better use. I will make a small coffee table myself.

Finally, I did not cut down this lovely tree, but found cut pieces in the hedgerow while walking my dog Oscar . By measuring the girth I have come to a rough calculation that the tree was 140 years old approx.
