In original and used condition is this 1953, Benalla Football Club Premiership team photograph , produced and stamped on rear 'Central Photo Service, Benalla'.
Oblong, quality photograph paper, measures 20.5x10.5cm,hand written on rear, BENALLA written on top border of photo,general wear (see images).
The Benalla Football Club won their first-ever Ovens & Murray Football League (O&MFL) premiership in 1953, defeating Albury 8.10 (58) to 6.15 (51) in the grand final at Rutherglen's Barkly Park.
Coached by Norm Minns, the team broke Wangaratta's four-year stranglehold on the flag.
