The elastic is shot in the skinny shoulder strap but it is not dry rotted. The scalloped off the shoulder neck line and tulle underneath truly make you want to get dressed up and dance.

There is some discoloration in the inside liner but it isn’t seen on the front. Just normal with inside liners.

Zipper works great. Dress is size 13/14 but fits like a today’s large/extra large. Please see pics for exact measurements.
