PLEASE READ IF YOU'RE PURCHASING A PRESALE ITEM

Shipping labels will be printed within one day of your order being placed making it appear as if the item is shipping immediately. However, it will not actually ship until the RELEASE DATE specified in the listing description. Please reference this for shipping date information.

If any issues arise and we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund you in full—however this is rarely a problem. There is always a chance of a release date being delayed, and we are not always notified by our distributors when this happens. If the release date has passed and your tracking number shows no movement, please send us a message to inquire about the shipping status. In very rare cases we are shorted stock on a Limited Edition release which we will notify you as soon as we know and discuss options and/or refund you back.

IF YOU HAVE PRESALE ITEMS ALONG WITH IN-STOCK ITEMS, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL SHIP TOGETHER WHEN ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE. TO RECEIVE YOUR IN-STOCK ITEMS SOONER, WE RECOMMEND PLACING SEPARATE ORDERS.
