- 1. Install the tower in a well-ventilated outdoor or semi-outdoor area, free from obstructions (walls, enclosures) that may cause hot air recirculation.
- 2. Ensure the power supply matches the power requirements of the machine. Ensure reliable grounding. Let a professional electrician conduct wiring operation.
- 3. Before long-term shutdown, drain all water from the tower to prevent freezing damage.
- 4. Do not clean, adjust or repair the fan or motor while the unit is running. Always disconnect the power supply before servicing.
- 5. Do not exceed the rated cooling capacity.
The 180W high-quality motor can effectively drive the fan to run stably, ensuring long-term continuous operation and achieving effective heat dissipation. It is easy to install, good in stability, high in protection level and long in service life.
The fan blades are made of high-strength engineering plastics, enabling the fan to be lighter in weight, resistant to rust and corrosion and low in noise. The fan can provide large air volume during operation and ensure a good cooling effect.
The float valve is designed for achieving automatic water supplement and keeping the cooling tower in the safe water level. The filtering unit can effectively filter the circulating water to avoid blockage and malfunction.
The protective net can effectively prevent foreign objects from entering the tower, protect internal parts and meet the safety standard. It can also allow the air to smoothly flow. The protective net is not prone to deformation and is easy to maintain.
Multiple connectors are designed for perfectly matching different water pipes, achieving quick connection and high compatibility. The connectors are resistant to rust, corrosion or leakage and well adapt to different working environments.
The tower shell is crafted with FRP materials, resists acid/alkali/moisture corrosion, and is not prone to aging and deformation. It has a steady structure and high rigidity, can well bear severe weather and is low in maintenance cost.
(1) Install honeycomb ball support and intake pipe in turn, do waterproof treatment with PVC glue, and place the honeycomb ball on the support.
(2) Install the sprinkler support at the outlet of the water pipe, lock the screws, and install the four sprinkler pipes on the support.
Note: The water pipe hole faces downwards and is inclined by about 15 degrees to the right.
(3) Install four tower body covers on the tower body in turn, and lock them with screws firmly.
2. Installation of fan
(1) Install the triangular support and lock it with screws firmly.
(2) Remove the motor screws, fix the triangular support to the motor, and lock the screws firmly.
(3) Put the blade into the motor shaft, pay attention to the blade direction, and lock it.
(4) Put the assembled fan into the top of the tower, then drill holes with a hand drill, lock the screws, and complete the installation.
3. Installation of float valve and water baffle
(1) Install the float valve and filter cover.
(2) Install the water baffle in a right way.
