This is a Preowned Jacket from Kansas City's Old Guitars and Cadillac's Country Bar - It appears to be from 1995 and is signed by Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Buddy Guy, Ricky Lynn Gregg, Ken Mellons, Woody Lee, Randy Archer, John Park, Chely Wright, Wade Hayes, Noah Gordon, Lisa Brokop, Wesley Dennis, James House and others.
