THIS CARD IS EXTREMELY RARE!  IT IS A VINTAGE PIKACHU FROM 1996 JAPAN.  CARD ARTWORK WAS COMPLETED BY THE FAMOUS MITSUHIRO ARITA.  HE IS PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ARTWORK ON A LARGE NUMBER OF POKEMON CARDS AND EVEN POCKET MONSTERS (WHICH TECHNICALLY, THIS IS).  NEARLY 30 YEARS LATER, HE CAME BACK AND AUTOGRAPHED HIS NAME AND ADDED A SKETCH OF A PIKACHU!
