Return Policy
We gladly accept returns for items that are damaged, faulty, or not as described in the listing. Please contact us within the designated return window if you experience any of these issues.

We strive to provide high-quality vinyl records and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase:

• Sealed Records: All sealed records are sold as-is. Once opened, they are no longer eligible for return or warranty. This is to preserve the integrity of collectible and new items.
• Manufacturing Defects: As a retailer, we are not responsible for manufacturing defects (e.g., pressing issues, warping, or sound quality anomalies). These concerns should be directed to the record label or manufacturer.
• Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted under limited circumstances and must be approved in advance. If a return is authorized:
• The original shipping cost and return shipping cost are non-refundable.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Used Records: We do our best to describe the condition accurately. If you have concerns about a used item, please contact us before purchasing.
