Sealed items: 

All sealed items are sold as-is. Once opened, they are no longer eligible for return or warranty. This is to preserve the integrity of collectible and new items.
Manufacturing Defects: As a retailer, we are not responsible for manufacturing defects (e.g., pressing issues, warping, or sound quality anomalies). These concerns should be directed to the record label or manufacturer.
Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted under limited circumstances and must be approved in advance. If a return is authorized:
The original shipping cost and return shipping cost are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Used Records: We do our best to describe the condition accurately. If you have concerns about a used item, please contact us before purchasing.
