Comments

Bursting with pink, the splendid cherry blossom tree enchants the eye after the grey and dull winter. The delicate blossoms attract crowds as soon as they open, for it is well known that this bloom is ephemeral. And even when the petals fall off, at the dawn of a new growing season, this magical spring spectacle renews our enchantment with nature's most beautiful colors.
In Japanese, "cherry blossom" is called sakura. This delicate flower is an important cultural symbol in Japan, where its viewing (hanami) is an annual ritual. It also draws crowds in many cities around the world for annual festivals dedicated to it.
