This is likely a Catherine II 1/4 Ruble / Polupoltinnik silver coin, circa 1785-1793. Coin is in low-grade circulated condition with heavy wear, dark toning, corrosion/pitting, edge irregularity, and surface damage. Some Cyrillic lettering is visible, including what appears to be part of “РОСС,” but the date and full legends are not clearly readable.
